Technology leader for a government data analytics company through its transition from consulting firm to SaaS product company. Built and led a team of up to eight engineers, analysts, and data scientists.

• Architected and built CUSP (Child Universal Success Platform), an integrated data system unifying population, provider, child-level, and federal and state subsidy data into a single cross-agency view for state government.
• Grew the platform from a single state deployment to six: Washington, California, Wyoming, Georgia, Massachusetts, and Illinois.
• Designed the platform architecture on Databricks and built systematic integrations with external source systems, including Helix.
• Developed the self-hosting platform and set up its cloud infrastructure; ran cloud administration across AWS, Azure, and GCP for all client environments.
• Owned FERPA compliance end to end: architecture and data-flow documentation, encryption at rest and in transit, access control, network security, and audit logging. Worked directly with external audit teams.
• Wrote company policy on information security and AI use, and the technical sections of every RFP response the company submitted.
• Shipped the Research Starter Kit and Analytics Library, self-service tools for analyzing service supply, demand, funding, and access gaps.
